Plan Order Worship Reflect
The POWR Team plans the worship for the season of the church year: Advent/Christmas/Epiphany, Lent/Easter, and Pentecost. The process begins with a thorough review and evaluation of worship in the previous year, and general proposals are made for this season’s worship. Withe additional ideas and suggestions, and the results of step one, the team orders the next year’s worship for the season. Then, the congregation meets for worship. At the conclusion of the worship season, the team carefully and prayerfully reflects on all the aspects of the experience. The results become the base for the following year’s plan.
